  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across the UK and may offer international shipping (see shipping policy).
  • Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of goods.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days to return unused, unopened products in a resaleable condition under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products unless defective.
